March 24, 2026Would you like to develop your skills in digital technology and contemporary culture? Intercult is now inviting participants to take part in a group mobility programme in Madrid as part of the ‘Intercult Academy on Tour 2026’.
The programme’s objectives
Through international exchanges and practical activities, the mobility aims to:
- Strengthen participants’ digital skills and understanding of new technological tools.
- Promote inclusion and diversity by creating spaces to exchange experiences between different cultural practices.
- Increase knowledge of the common European cultural heritage and contemporary creative expressions.
Practical information
- Duration: 3 consecutive days of learning activities.
- Dates: 22-24 April 2026 (travel days 21 and 25 April)
- Funding: Intercult will pay a grant of EUR 890 to cover part of the travel and accommodation costs.
- Sustainability: We encourage environmentally friendly choices during the trip in line with the programme’s green objectives. If you choose to travel in an environmentally friendly way, you will receive an additional grant.
- Language: All activities will be conducted in English.
Examples of activities in the training programme
- Workshops: Practical training sessions on digital tools in a creative context.
- Learning sessions: Meetings with training providers and innovative cultural actors, including digital design institutions.
- Reflection and networking: Guided discussions and exchange of experiences with participants from other European countries to identify best practices.
- Cultural exploration: Guided activities to understand the methods and challenges of the local art scene.
Through participation, you are expected to actively contribute to the group’s learning and document your own progress and acquired skills.
Who can apply? Anyone who wants to develop their skills in cultural and creative expression and who has a clear need to learn more about digital tools and international collaboration.
To participate, you must:
- Be an adult participant with a desire to learn new things and share your experiences with the group.
- Be able to actively participate in the entire programme, including preparatory meetings and follow-up.
- Be motivated to use your new skills after completing the mobility programme.
We particularly welcome applicants who have not previously participated in international exchanges or who belong to underrepresented groups within the sector.

About the learning mobility: This activity is designed as a programme for non-formal and informal learning. The aim is to give adult participants the opportunity to acquire new knowledge and skills that strengthen their personal and professional development. We focus in particular on developing key competences in digital creation, cultural awareness and European cooperation.
