Turning the Tide – The Stockholm Lab 15-17 October
June 26, 2025Paint Organically!
An eco-conscious painting workshop for experienced artists and enthusiastic amateurs
Join us for three inspiring and hands-on afternoons (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) where you’ll explore sustainable and climate-smart painting techniques. Over the course of the workshop, you’ll learn the basics of color mixing, create your own paints from natural materials, and produce a personal artwork—either solo or in collaboration. The week will end in a weekend exhibition showcasing your creations!
Course Overview
This immersive, process-based workshop focuses on sustainable art practices. Participants will learn how to make their own paints from raw pigments and natural binders, understand how to identify and work with various materials, and experiment with application techniques.
The main goal of the course is for each participant—or group—to complete an artwork using paints they’ve mixed themselves.
