Intercult is now inviting participants to take part in a group mobility programme in Madrid as part of the \u2018Intercult Academy on Tour 2026\u2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>The programme&#8217;s objectives<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Through international exchanges and practical activities, the mobility aims to:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strengthen participants&#8217; <\/span><b>digital skills<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and understanding of new technological tools.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Promote<\/span><b> inclusion and diversity<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> by creating spaces to exchange experiences between different cultural practices.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Increase knowledge of the common <\/span><b>European cultural heritage<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and contemporary creative expressions.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Practical information<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Duration<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: 3 consecutive days of learning activities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Dates<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: 22-24 April 2026 (travel days 21 and 25 April)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Funding<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Intercult will pay a grant of EUR 890 to cover part of the travel and accommodation costs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Sustainability<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: We encourage environmentally friendly choices during the trip in line with the programme&#8217;s green objectives. If you choose to travel in an environmentally friendly way, you will receive an additional grant.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Language<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: All activities will be conducted in English.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Examples of activities in the training programme<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Workshops<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Practical training sessions on digital tools in a creative context.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Learning sessions<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Meetings with training providers and innovative cultural actors, including digital design institutions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Reflection and networking:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Guided discussions and exchange of experiences with participants from other European countries to identify best practices.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Cultural exploration<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Guided activities to understand the methods and challenges of the local art scene.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Through participation, you are expected to actively contribute to the group&#8217;s learning and document your own progress and acquired skills.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Who can apply? <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anyone who wants to develop their skills in cultural and creative expression and who has a clear need to learn more about digital tools and international collaboration.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To participate, you must:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Be an adult participant with a desire to learn new things and share your experiences with the group.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Be able to actively participate in the entire programme, including preparatory meetings and follow-up.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Be motivated to use your new skills after completing the mobility programme.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We particularly welcome applicants who have not previously participated in international exchanges or who belong to underrepresented groups within the sector.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><strong>Apply here: <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/jP4Woh9MSAcT8r6e9\">https:\/\/forms.gle\/jP4Woh9MSAcT8r6e9<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The deadline for applications is 19 March 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Questions?
