Hosted by the CAE Nordic Hub, the Northern Dimension Partnership on Culture (NDPC), Space-Time Works AB, and Nordic Music Days and Baltic New Music Days, this gathering takes place in parallel with the <\/span><b>Baltic New Music Days festival<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At a time when cultural workers face shifting conditions, from sustainability and wellbeing to challenges around identity and representation, this meeting asks how we can imagine new solutions for different times. The event draws inspiration from the \u201cunconferencing\u201d approach, prioritising open formats, peer exchange, and dialogue shaped by participants.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Read more about the event <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/cultureactioneurope.org\/events\/different-times-new-solutions-cae-nordic-baltic-satellite-beyond\/\"><b>here<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n<p><b>What kind of activities are planned?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During the program, participants will have the opportunity to take part in networking events and visits, join collaborative workshops and <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">open format dialogues<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, panel talks, and of course\u2026 Go to concerts!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Here are some of the topics that the programme will highlight:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sustainability in its broadest sense, including the working conditions and wellbeing of cultural workers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cultural identity across the Nordic region, the Baltic region, the UK, and Europe.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Questions of belonging, representation, and diversity.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cultural democracy and policy.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What do we offer?<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cost coverage: A grant will be paid to the selected participants. The grant will be paid after a contract with each participant is signed.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Who are we looking for?<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We are looking for Sweden-based artists and cultural workers who are interested in Nordic and European cultural policy and networking.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Application and selection procedure:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You must fill in <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSd-tGfirU4WT9dSDBviae7u8gAIylWbF21ew538ONbDApgk_w\/viewform?usp=header\"><b>the application form<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, where you indicate the necessary information. <\/span><b>Deadline to apply: February 15th!<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All applications will be reviewed by a selection committee and all applicants will be informed of the outcome by February 25th.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">NOTE! CAE is a major European network of cultural organisations, artists, and policymakers that serves as the political voice for the cultural sector, advocating for policies that recognise culture as essential for sustainable societies, democracy, and security. This mobility bridges the gap between cultural practitioners and EU policymakers.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><b><i>What is Intercult Academy?<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This year we are launching \u201cIntercult Academy on Tour\u201d &#8211;\u00a0 a series of international mobilities across Europe. Thanks to international mobility grants we are able to support Sweden-based artists and cultural workers as they attend specialized training events <\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and professional development<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in several key European cities.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This program is a commitment to the long-term growth of the Swedish arts community.
