Intercult are responsible for the handling of your personal data on this website.
Orders of material and registrations to subscriptions, courses and conferences
- Your personal data (name, organisation and email) that are collected in connection to subscriptions to our newsletters (Europa Direkt Intercult, Intercult informerar and Intercult informs) and our invitations to events are only saved for as long as you are a subscriber. When you unsubscribe: your personal data is removed.
- Your personal data (name, phone number and email) that are collected in connection to orders of our services, such as our courses and seminars, are only saved for as long as it takes to complete the activity. In the cases where we are charging for the activity we save the data until the payment is done and according to accounting law.
- Your personal data (name organisation, phone number, email and billing address) that are collected in connection to registrations to our seminars, workshops and conferences are only saved for as long as it takes for our administration, meaning communications with courseware and inquiries for evaluation of the activity attended. In the cases where we are charging for the activity, we save the data until the payment is done and according to accounting law.
Intercult does not exchange personal data to third parties.

If there are any bigger changes to Intercult’s privacy policy it will be communicated to our users on Intercult’s website or/and by email.
